Crew SOP’s
- If you want the discount you have to show your My Crew Club ID. But don’t flaunt it! Just enjoy the privileges. Let a member of staff know that you have a My Crew Club pass. No pass, no discount.
- Venues would love to have your Freind’s & Family visit with you and they too can enjoy the Discounts however, do not share with other Crew Members who don’t have a Valid ID. Venues have been instructed to use their discretion when applying discounts to groups & report misuse. Don’t risk your account being suspended.
- Be respectful of the venue and their staff. Abusive and offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. If you are found to be breaching the My Crew Club Code, then the pass will be cancelled.
- No re-join for 12 months if you choose to cancel.
- If you are a member of My Crew Club, then remember you are representing all of us!

Why do I have to prove I work in the Airline industry?
My Crew Club is exclusive to those in the airline industry giving them access to the best discounts at our premium venues and locations.
What happens once I am approved?
When your personal information has been verified and approved you will get a confirmation email and an Apple ID pass giving you full access to My Crew Club discounts based on your membership subscription.
How do I claim my discount/offers?
Venues offering discounts are available to see on the website, by location. Some discounts may be temporary and their validity will be stated. Go to the venue where you want to use your discount and make a staff member aware that you are a My Crew Club member. Your discount will be applied to the bill. Remember, the discounts are only unique to you, the My Crew Club Member, others in your party are not entitled.
Can I use my discount for a friend?
No, My Crew Club discounts are exclusive to those working in the Airline Industry. However, you can purchase the Worldwide Club +1 membership that allows a travel companion to enjoy your discounts when travelling the globe with you!
What if I want to change my subscription to another tier?
You can change to another subscription tier at any time; however, you will need to pay the new subscription fee, each time you do. The new subscription will replace your old one and the new benefits will apply based on the new subscription you have chosen.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your My Crew Club discounts and benefits at any time with no restrictions. You will have full access to the benefits for the duration of the purchased subscription. Note, there are no refunds and you won’t be able to re-join for 12 months. When your subscription expires, so will your Apple ID Pass.
Does my Subscription Auto-renew?
Like most subscriptions your membership will automatically re-new so you can continue to enjoy My Crew Club privileges seamlessly. Cancel before the renewal date to stop autorenew. Remember you won’t be able to re-join for 12 months.
