SOP’s
- If there is a member of My Crew Club showing their ID, then discount should be applied to the bill. Use discretion to offer to family and friends but if it’s clear there are other Crew members not part of My Crew Club decline the offer and report user.
- Discounts and offers can be adjusted and advertised via the website. With your own validity for temporary deals as you see fit. But if you offer it, you have to honour it!
- No staff members should have to tolerate or suffer abuse and offence. If a My Crew Club Member has breached the code, then they should be reported to My Crew Club Administrators, with all their membership information, for review.
- We are asking for a 6-month commitment, 30 days notice thereafter. During this time, you are free to modify your offers or even offer other discounts to suit your business requirements. (But you can’t go lower than the minimum discount percentage as agreed at sign up).

We are giving you the opportunity to partner with us and advertise your business, for free, to the Airline workers in the travel industry. They are always on the move on their layovers, so their time is limited. They are always looking for new, high quality and exciting experiences, at a fair price. We are offering targeted exposure to a travel-savvy audience actively looking for great places to dine, relax, or explore. You’ll be able to take advantage of this and expand your business scope to a community where ‘word of mouth’ counts for everything. Your business will be featured prominently on our platform, website, and marketing materials, giving you the greatest exposure possible. In return we are asking you to provide exclusive discounts for these Airline Crew Members.
What is the minimum discount commitment?
Ideally, we are looking for a commitment to a 15% discount as a minimum to attract and incentivise the travel industry community. However, we appreciate this may not always be practical. We want to give you the freedom to tailor and modify what you offer. So, we are giving you control over the type and amount of discount you offer, for what and when. Whether it’s a percentage off, a complimentary item, or a special experience, we’ll work closely with you to ensure the offer aligns with your business goals. This will give you the flexibility to manage your business to best suit your needs and encourage repeat customers.
What is the length of commitment?
A commitment of 6 months initially and then the freedom to review commitments on a monthly basis. We understand business is dynamic and we want to give you control to tailor your product as you see fit. We hope to work together and build long lasting business relationships as we move forward into the future.
How does it Work?
It’s pretty simple. Via the website, you can enter your exclusive discounts/offers and it will be advertised on our platform. My Crew Club Members will then be able to see your offers online. If this attracts them to your establishment, then all that is required is for you to see their unique My Crew Club ID, which is stored in their smart phone wallet. This identifies that they are entitled to the exclusive discount/offer you advertised. This should be applied to their bill when settling up.
